• Obtain the transcript and download completely free the exercise and audio. The transcript which will reveal, to the best of our abilities, what you heard in the audio.

• Follow our model of training “PLAY, PAUSE, PRACTICE, PLAY AGAIN” ,  when you do our exercises. Once you are done, check yourself with the transcript available for each exercise. Play again the audio reading the transcript. Play it as many times as needed until you fully understand what it was said.
